However, we are extending our services throughout Bangalore soon and will notify you when we do.
We only serve lunch currently. You can place your order on the previous day, but if you are ordering for the same day, please place the order by 8:00 AM post which our order page get blocked for the same day , this is designed so that we do not fail in delivering lunch by the promised time.
This is a rare scenario, however, if it happens, first call the delivery person whose number is shared with you on the tracking page (because the Tiffin is with him) and ask him the status. A lot of times, in the hustle, they do not answer calls, you should wait for a few minutes for them to call back or drop us a message or call us. We typically reply or call back in a couple of minutes.
Our team picks up your order by 9 AM and it should positively reach you by 1 PM on wards.
We are open from Mondays to Saturdays. However, if you need to order with us on Sunday, you will have to call us and place a special order.
Yes, to provide you hassle free service we would suggest you to subscribe our subscription ride plan to avoid ordering every day.
Yes you can get a refund of your subscription proportionately. The refund will be transferred to your bank in 5-7 working days.
No problem. We are flexible in scheduling your orders within the month. Hence, you can carry those meals forward in the same month, if it is a weekly or fortnightly subscription. However, if it is a monthly subscription, you cannot carry more than 3 meals to the next month.

Our delivery charges are lesser than modest. We are charging lesser than an auto fare for the same distance in Bangalore. Comparatively speaking, we are charging lesser than our contemporary delivery partners with respect to their delivery fee.
